On the 30th of January at 3:30 PM (CET), we will hold our second webinar: “RoboBraille and the RoboBraille Web API, converting files to alternate (accessible) formats”.
Robobraille is a service developed by Sensus that lets the user easily convert in 4 steps a document into an alternative accessible format. It allows the users to automatically convert documents into a range of alternate media (audio: MP3 and Daisy, e-books: EPUB, EPUB3 and Mobi, and digital Braille).
Within P4A Robobraille has become an open source third party conversion service so that other developers can integrate this building block within their implementations. Additionally the Robobraille service has been broken down to a number of components such as the braille and ebook components. On top, within P4A you can find a Robobraille Web API that allows other services to call to the API and their documents will be converted.
This webinar targets at developers and implementers who are interested in alternative input components for their own solutions and developments. The webinar presenter will be Lars Ballieu Christensen, Sensus Managing Director.
